Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jhonry Opinaldo, who operates SharpLine ("SharpLine", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the SharpLine app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What SharpLine is, and is not
SharpLine provides sports predictions, statistics, betting-market information and tools to track your own picks and bets, for entertainment and informational purposes only.
- SharpLine is not a sportsbook. You cannot place bets or wager money through the Service, and we do not hold or transfer funds for wagering.
- Predictions, confidence ratings, edges and records are estimates, not guarantees. Past results do not predict future results.
- Nothing in the Service is financial, legal or professional advice. Any decision to bet, and any money you win or lose, is your own responsibility.
- Scores, odds, injuries and other data come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use SharpLine. You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about sports betting. Sports betting is not legal everywhere; using SharpLine does not make it legal for you.
3. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@sharpline.pro if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
4. Subscriptions
- Some features require a SharpLine Pro subscription, offered monthly or annually. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- We may change prices or features. Price changes apply to renewals after notice, as Apple's rules require.
5. Game Chat and your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the Service. You agree not to post anything that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans others, or is hateful or sexually explicit;
- is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or promotes underage or illegal gambling;
- is spam, advertising, scams or "guaranteed pick" selling;
- shares someone's private information, or infringes someone else's rights.
You can block users and report content in the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. For example, do not copy, scrape or resell its data or predictions, reverse-engineer the app, interfere with its operation, create accounts automatically, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
7. Our content and trademarks
The SharpLine name, logo, app and its predictions are ours and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use under these Terms. Team names, league names, sportsbook names and logos belong to their owners. SharpLine is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any league, team or sportsbook.
8. Apple
If you downloaded SharpLine from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SharpLine and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any betting or gambling losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using SharpLine and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 7, 9, 10 and 12) continue after your access ends.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
